In this slideshow, we explore the anger iceberg and how this can relate to any emotion by explaining the behaviour we see (eg, screaming) as the tip of the iceberg and the emotions and factors that are involved (eg, frustration that someone is touching my things) as the iceberg beneath the surface.
Students are asked to explore and extrapolate this idea for different scenarios.
In this lesson, students will also learn about the CBT triangle (Cognitive behavioral therapy) and how this is useful for them.
