PB4L-Exploring Zones of Regulation

In this slideshow, we cover the brilliant work of Zones of Regulation. We discuss the zones and what they mean. In this slideshow, students are given the opportunity to discuss where they feel they sit on the dial chart of emotions. Students can also practice labelling how others might be feeling and discuss what they might need to get themselves into the 'green zone'.
