What inspires the resources I make?
Good question! The answer is quite simple, I create resources based on the world around me. As I've been working with children, it is plain to see the immense curiosity and enjoyment they pull from the world around them! Going to the supermarket is a wild adventure sparking their curiosity! Getting a haircut is an exhilarating experience!Â
I've created many resources that allow children to explore their curiosity as well as developing a range of skills. I am quite proud of my 'Pizza kitchen' activity that was crafted after I ordered and collected my pizza. I thought about how much fun it would be to create pizzas in an industrial kitchen and how exciting it would be to fulfill customers orders! From this, I set to work creating the resource!
